Model 3 series of alternator testing platform can complete the following test items: no-load test (charging speed and zero current), half load (load 1, 2 and 3), full load (load 4) test, voltage regulation test, load characteristics, rotating speed characteristics, load throwing test, rotating speed-current characteristics, cold and thermal state curve, continuous running test and test for the terminal functions of various kinds of regulator: B+(A), D+, L, P(W), F, E, N, IG, S, FR(DF), C and RC including two kinds of soft-start capability. And the vacuum pump test can be conducted for the generator with vacuum pump,i.e. the arrival time of vacuum degree, the highest vacuum degree, the decrease of vacuum degree test etc.

 

Main functions:

 

◆With the special B+ terminal rotating speed sampling, it can test the ripple current, belt pulley coefficient, input power, stator voltage, diode reverse breakdown and other measures and it can also test the drop of the rectified voltage, current leakage of the battery, torque and power (optional).

◆Measure the complete output performance curve within 15 seconds.

◆Adopt the computer to control the maximum electronic load of 300A, control the voltage to be within 6-48V with the resolution up to 0.01V.

◆ It is built with calibration, automatic diagnosis, manual and detailed test report mode.

◆ It can compare the cold and thermal state rotating speed current curve.

◆ The test time for every motor is no less than 30s.

◆The equipment can be expanded into belt disc test equipment; the mechanical drag characteristic of the generator belt disc can be tested under the quick speed changing with load and the curve can be drawn.
